What is DASER?

DASER is a discussion forum on art and science projects in the national capital region hosted by Cultural Programs of the National Academy of Sciences and co-organized by Leonardo: The International Society for Art Science and Technology. DASER strives to provide the public with a snapshot of the region's cultural environment and to foster community and discussion around the intersection of disciplines.

DASER Experiments: At this intimate online conversation held on March 18, 2021, original Studio K.O.S. members Angel Abreu, Jorge Abreu, Robert Branch, and Rick Savinon spoke about continuing the legacy of the late Tim Rollins and the K.O.S., whose collaborative approach to art-making art began in the Bronx in the 1980s.
