Due to concerns related to COVID-19, the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital is canceling all events scheduled for March 12-22, 2020.

Our oceans are in a state of crisis, and we’re the ones responsible for it. A team of scientists, divers and photographers set out on a journey of discovery along one of the longest, and richest, coastlines in the world. Along the way they unveil three incredible natural events to the world, while highlighting the impending threats and promoting the protection of our oceans.

South Africa, 2019, Run time: 90 minutes. Directed by Charlie Luckock.

This screening is part of the 2020 Environmental Film Festival in the Nation's Capital. It is part of The ETERNAL Experience series exploring issues related to plastic throughout spring 2020 at NAS, organized by LabX and Cultural Programs of the National Academy of Sciences. #nasETERNAL #DCEFF2020
